    This FOUR ingredient Honey Joys Recipe is a classic childhood party recipe that everyone will love! You will love how simple these Honey Joys are to put together, simply melt and mix the ingredients before baking and you can double this recipe if you are catering for a crowd. Both regular and Thermomix instructions are also included.

    Honey Joys Ingredients:

    1. Butter
    2. Caster Sugar
    3. Corn Flakes – any brand is fine to use.
    4. Honey
    Honey Joy Ingredients.

    How to Make Honey Joys:

    1. Melt the butter, honey and sugar.
    2. Add the Corn Flakes and stir through to coat with the honey mixture.
    3. Divide the mixture between the paper cases.
    4. Bake until just golden.
    5. Allow to cool and then enjoy!

    Expert Tips:

    • You can use any brand of Corn Flakes to make this Honey Joys recipe.
    • This recipe can be doubled. If making in a Thermomix, I recommend transferring to a large bowl to combine the ingredients.
    • To store, place in an airtight container and keep at room temperature. Enjoy within three/four days.
    • This recipe is not freezer friendly.

    Honey Joys Recipe

    This classic Honey Joys recipe is made with just four ingredients and they can be ready to enjoy in less than half an hour.

    Equipment

    • 1 x 12 hole muffin tray

    Ingredients
      

    • 4 cups Corn Flakes 110 grams
    • 125 grams butter
    • ¼ cup caster sugar 50 grams
    • 1 tablespoon honey 20 grams

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius (fan-forced) and line a 12 hole muffin tray with paper case.
    • Put the butter, sugar and honey into a medium saucepan and cook over a medium heat until all melted. Once melted, remove from heat and set aside.
    • Add your cornflakes to a large bowl and pour over the honey mixture while you gently stir to combine.
    • Using a metal spoon, transfer into paper cases before baking in the oven for 10 minutes.
    • Allow to cool in tins for 10 minutes before transferring onto a wire rack to cool completely.
