Your desserts are wonderful. Your chocolate ripple cake reminded me of the one I sent over to my father-in-law’s table at the aged care home. I walked through yesterday and one of his tablemates stopped me and told me that was the best cake he’d ever eaten. I said, “Phil, it was biscuits and cream.”
He told me that might be so but it brought back great memories and they each took a small piece so everyone in the dining room could have some.
Now they’ve asked for pavlova 🙂
