    Made using just one bowl, these easy Snickers Chocolate Brownies make the perfect sweet treat! This recipe requires just a few simple ingredients and can be put together in under 10 minutes.

    Who loves a rich and fudgey brownie recipe? Well look no further because you have found just that here! This recipe is based on my super popular Chocolate Brownie recipe with the addition of delicious Snickers pieces, what more could you want?!

    Snickers Bars might just be one of my all time favourite chocolate bars, and the addition of them to these delicious brownies really is a match made in heaven!

    Ingredients

    Please note you will find the full list of ingredients and their quantities in the recipe card below.

    This recipe is made using a higher quantity of eggs and butter which helps gives a rich and fudgey texture in every bite. You will also need flour, caster sugar, cocoa, vanilla extract and of course Snickers bars for these brownies.

    How to make Snickers Brownies

    Both conventional and Thermomix instructions can be found in the recipe card below.

    Step 1. Cook the butter, sugar and cocoa until thick and smooth.

    Step 2. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix to combine.

    Step 3. Add the flour and mix to combine.

    Step 4. Add the pieces of chopped Snickers and mix through.

    Step 5. Transfer to a lined baking dish and top with extra Snickers pieces before baking.

    Recipe Hints and Tips

    You will need four x 44g Snickers Bars for this brownie recipe. You can also use fun size Snickers, you will need one bag.

    We use 70 gram eggs for all of our baking recipes unless otherwise specified.

    Different sized baking dishes can be used, however the size and thickness of your brownie will differ to that pictured. The cooking time will also vary.

    It is essential to not overcook the brownies, the mixture will still be soft in the centre when removed from the oven.

    Leave your brownie in the baking dish to cool completely before slicing into delicious pieces.

    What makes brownies fudgey?

    To create a fudgey consistency, a higher ratio of fats (butter/chocolate) is used compared to flour.

    Can you make Snickers Brownies with fun size bars?

    You sure can! We recommend using a bag of fun size Snickers brownies for this recipe.

    Equipment

    • 1 x 20cm square baking dish
    • baking paper
    • Saucepan or Thermomix

    Ingredients
      

    • 150 grams butter unsalted
    • 220 grams caster sugar 1 cup
    • 75 grams cocoa ¾ cup
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 3 eggs 70 gram eggs
    • 75 grams plain flour ½ cup
    • 4 Snickers Chocolate bars

    Instructions
     

    • Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees celsius (fan-forced) and line a 20cm square baking dish with baking paper.
    • Roughly chop the Snickers into pieces and set aside until needed.
    • In a large saucepan, melt the butter cocoa and caster sugar over a low heat.
    • Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the vanilla extract and eggs, whisking the mixture as you go.
    • Add the flour and stir through until just combined.
    • Add the chopped pieces from THREE Snickers Bars and mix to combine.
    • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining Snickers pieces. Place into a preheated oven to bake for 35 minutes.
    • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the tin before slicing into pieces.

    Thermomix Instructions

    • Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees celsius (fan-forced) and line a 20cm square baking dish with baking paper.
    • Roughly chop the Snickers into pieces and set aside until needed.
    • Add the butter, cocoa and caster sugar to the Thermomix bowl and cook for 4 minutes, 60 degrees, speed 2.
    • Add the vanilla extract and eggs and mix for 12 seconds, Speed 4.
    • Add the flour and mix for 10 seconds, Speed 4.
    • Add the chopped pieces from THREE Snickers bars and gently fold through the mixture.
    • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining Snickers pieces. Place into a preheated oven to bake for 35 minutes.
    • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the tin before slicing into pieces.
