No Bake Snickers Slice Ingredients
Please note you will find the full list of ingredients and both regular and Thermomix methods in the recipe card below.
- Snickers – you will need five bars for this recipe.
- Rice Bubbles – any type of puffed rice is fine to use in this recipe.
- Milk Chocolate – dark chocolate can also be used to increase the richness of this slice.
- Butter – you can use either salted or unsalted butter for this recipe.
How to Make Snickers Slice
- Melt the butter and Snickers Bars. If making conventionally, this can be done in the microwave and then added to a large bowl with the puffed rice/rice bubbles.
- Add the rice bubbles and mix until coated with the melted butter and Snickers mixture.
3. Transfer the slice to the prepared slice tray. Using the back of a metal spoon, gently flatten the surface.
4. Melt the chocolate and pour over the top of the slice.
5. At this point you can decorate with extra pieces of Snickers or place straight into the fridge to set.
My Tips:
- When making this recipe you can use either fun size or full Snickers Bars. You will need FIVE full sized Bars if adding pieces of Snickers to the top of the slice.
- The slice pictured was made using an 18 x 28cm slice tray. Alternative sized tins can be used.
- To make individual serves, place the rice bubble mixture into paper cases sitting in a muffin tray. Drizzle with chocolate.
- For the recipe pictured, 2 x 180 gram blocks of milk chocolate were used. You can use one block if preferred, however the top layer will be thin.
- This slice takes 2 – 3 hours to completely chill and firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 10 days, this slice is not freezer friendly.

Firstly, what is a slice tray? And what are rice bubbles? (Are they Rice Krispies?) Is this by any chance a recipe from the UK because I have been cooking a long time (in the U.S) and never heard these terms. Looks like a wonderful recipe and I am willing to try it if someone will tell me what I am supposed to use. 🙂 Thanks in advance!
Lauren
Hi Jane,
My apologies Jane – Rice Bubbles and the same as Rice Krispies and a slice tray is a baking dish approximately 28cm x 18cm in size. I hope that helps 🙂
