Has anyone tried to convert this recipe to Gluten Free?
Lauren Matheson
I have made this with gluten free flour and it worked well 🙂
Carly
If you don’t have coconut oil, is there another substitute that would work well? Thanks 🙂
Christie
How come the thermomix method says plain flour and baking powder but the recipe says SR flour??
Lauren
Hi Christie, thanks for pointing that out! It’s typo and should be self raising flour. I used to make it with plain flour & bicarb but now make it with self raising flour instead. Thanks 🙂
