For a refreshing drink you can’t go wrong with this simple Summer Punch!

    Summer Punch

For a drink that your family and friends will love, you can’t go past this fruity Summer Punch. This delicious drink is packed with flavour thanks to the yummy combination of strawberries, passionfruit and oranges.

    Summer Punch 2

You don’t need a lot of ingredients to make this punch, my biggest tip is to make sure that you have a jug/drink dispenser big enough to store it in!

    Summer Punch Ingredients:

    • Sparkling Water
    • Orange Juice
    • Passionfruit
    • Strawberries
    • Ice-Cubes

To make, simply combine all of your ingredients and then serve chilled – too easy! If you are wanting to get organised in advance, you can put this punch together a few hours before you need it, just omit the ice cubes and add when you are ready to serve.

Can you Turn this Summer Punch into a Cocktail?

Yes, you sure can! I would suggest adding Bacardi or Vodka – start with 1 cup and then increase to suit your taste.

Oh how exciting. I have grown up with a soda stream since I was a kid!
Not kidding, we didn’t have much growing up but I remember our white and orange soda stream that had small glass bottles.
We never grew up without one and I even brought one from my SIL family last Christmas and they just love it. They didn’t think they’d use it, but used it every day through summer and winter. The gift that keeps on giving.
My one has had its final days unfortunately (12yrs old at least!).
But how I love to celebrate summer is embracing all the seasonal fruits and veg in season, creating delicious recipes for my family and to create those memories for my kids that my mum gave me.
Being together with the family, eating and sharing stories, playing games and laughing… is there anything better.

I hope you have a great christmas lovely!
PS I could smash a jug of that punch right now… it’s 40c here today!! lol xx

The best way to enjoy summer is to sit outside in the sunshine, covered in salt from a swim at the beach, messily devour some drippy watermelon and mango and then hose off under the sprinkler before collapsing in the shade. That is the perfect aussie summer right there!!

My favourite way to enjoy summer is to drink as many bubbles as I can both in my water and in my wine because I’ll always drink to bubbles not troubles!
