These easy Milo Biscuits are a perfect treat for the kids! They are freezer friendly and both regular and Thermomix instructions are included.
My kids love anything I make if it has Milo in it (these Milo and Weet-Bix Balls are one of their all time favourites!) and as you can see, they struggled to wait until I’d taken photos of these biscuits before trying to dive in to eat them!
To make, you need just five ingredients:
- Milo
- Self-Raising Flour
- Caster Sugar
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Butter
You will get around 25 – 30 biscuits from this recipe, however you certainly can double the recipe if you wish. If you are using a Thermomix to make, the mixing times will vary.
Tips for Making these Milo Biscuits:
- If you can’t find Milo, you can substitute it with malted milk powder.
- These biscuits are freezer friendly, store in a freezer safe container for up to two months.
- You can double this recipe if making conventionally.
- You can make smaller biscuits if you wish (a good idea if making for younger kids) however please note the cooking time will reduce – I would check them after 8 minutes.
- To store, place the completely cooled biscuits in an airtight container and store in a cool spot – eg the pantry.
