All you need is FIVE INGREDIENTS to make these easy Cherry Ripe Balls!

Cherry Ripe Balls on a plate

This recipe is based on my go to Chocolate and Coconut Balls recipe and is practically the same, just with pieces of delicious Cherry Ripe added to it!

One of the best things about this recipe is that you need just FIVE ingredients to make these balls!

Ingredients:

  • Cherry Ripe Bars – of course!
  • Cocoa
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Marie Biscuits
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk

To make, you simply crush the biscuits and add the remaining ingredients.

Then, scoop up the mixture (it will be sticky!) and roll into balls. Roll the balls in the extra coconut and pop on a plate – it’s that easy!

Tips for Making these Cherry Ripe Balls:

  • You can use any type of plain biscuit if you can’t find Marie Biscuits – Arrowroot, Arnott’s Nice Biscuits or plain Digestive biscuits are all good alternatives.
  • This mixture will be sticky, that’s normal.
  • When cutting the Cherry Ripe pieces, I like to make sure they are no bigger than 1/2 cm wide. This will help ensure you get lots of pieces in each ball, and it also makes them easier to roll.
  • You can also roll these balls in cocoa if you prefer.
  • To store, pop into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to one week.

I know this sounds crazy…but I’m not a big Cherry Ripe fan. Cherry Ripes and Turkish Delights – a big no from me. However. I see coconut. Lotsa coconut. That might make it work πŸ™‚ x

I’m with you on the Turkish Delight, I’ve never been a fan of it. You could try these with any other chocolate, or just leave it out if you want to be good!

Now, I’m not a big fan of Cherry Ripe per se, but these look super yummy. I bet the only problem with these babies is that they taste too goo. By the way, if you don’t want to eat your Turkish Delight, give it to me, I love it!
