These 3 Ingredient Nutella Brownies can be ready to go into the oven in under 10 minutes! You can find the full recipe with both regular and Thermomix instructions in the recipe card below.

We’ve had a super size jar of Nutella sitting in our pantry since November (I know, talk about self control!) and I knew I wanted to use to make these 3 Ingredient Nutella Brownies. The ratio of Nutella in the recipe is VERY generous, and I used almost half the jar. All you then need to add is some plain flour and eggs and your Nutella Brownies are almost ready to go!
You will love:
Quick to prepare – it takes less than 10 minutes to have these Nutella Brownies ready to go into the oven.
3 Ingredients – yes, you read that right! You just need THREE simple ingredients to make these Nutella Brownies.
Quick dessert – for a delicious dessert, add a scoop (or two!) of ice-cream to a warmed up brownie.

Ingredients
Please note you will find the full ingredient list and both regular and Thermomix cooking instructions in the recipe card below.
- Nutella
- Plain Flour – you will need to use plain and not self-raising flour for this recipe.
- Eggs – we use 70 gram eggs.

How to make Nutella Brownies
Step 1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.

Step 2. Transfer to a lined loaf baking dish and gently smooth the surface.

Step 3. Bake.

Step 4. Allow the brownies to completely cool before slicing into pieces.

Recipe Hints and Tips:
The mixture is quite sticky and I used two spoons to spread it out into my pan.
I also used a loaf tin to make thicker brownies, after all thicker is better!
It’s really important not to overcook these Nutella Brownies as you want them to have a soft and fudgey centre.
When I tested these after 20 minutes in the oven, moist crumbs clung to the wooden skewer – perfect.
Store these brownies in an airtight container and consume within three days.
This recipe can also be frozen for up to two months.

How to Serve these Brownies:
I personally think these 3 Ingredient Nutella Brownies are best served warm and if you are feeling extra indulgent, with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream!

3 Ingredient Nutella Brownies Recipe
Equipment
- 1 x loaf tin – approximately 12cm x 28 cm
Ingredients
- 350 grams Nutella
- ⅔ cup plain flour 100 grams
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius (fan-forced) and line a large loaf tin with baking paper – making sure you leave paper hanging over the sides.
- Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of an electric mixer and mix on a medium speed for 1 – 2 minutes until ingredients have combined and are smooth.
- Pour the 3 ingredient Nutella Brownie mixture into your prepared loaf tin – don’t worry the mixture will be sticky. I found it easiest to use two spoons to spread the mixture across the tin.
- Place the brownies into the oven to bake for 20 minutes. Test the brownies before removing from the oven by sticking a wooden skewer into the centre, you want moist crumbs to coat it.
- Allow the nutella brownies to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before carefully transferring to a wire rack.
- Cut the brownies into squares and enjoy

Hi Lesley, I’m sorry the recipe didn’t work out for you. I made these again over the weekend and didn’t have any problems, did you use a different size tin and is your oven temp in celcius?
Thanks,
Lauren

Lauren, these look sooooooooooo good. Alas, I am cutting back baby. As soon as the house is free of easter eggs, I’m kicking sugar to the curb … again!
Lauren
Good girl, I need some of your willpower!
Lisa @ Chocolate Meets Strawberry
Wow, Lauren, I can’t believe you were able to keep that jar of Nutella untouched for so long! 😛 I’m surprised you didn’t open it to find someone else had been enjoying spoonfuls of it without you knowing (which would certainly have been the case in our house!). I seriously can’t believe these only contain 3 ingredients, and those centres look so moist and fudgy!
Lauren
Oh I know, I actually surprised myself!
