These Three Ingredient Apricot and Coconut Balls are SO EASY to make and are the perfect sweet treat any time of the day.

This recipe requires less than 10 minutes of prep time and is freezer friendly too, making it a great lunchbox snack.

Four apricot and coconut stacked. Behind them is a dried apricot and plate with the rest of the balls.

This is a really simple recipe to make and is simple enough for the bigger kids to make themselves.

I like to cut the dried apricot pieces into fairly big chunks, however you can easily cut them into small pieces if you prefer.  This recipe makes around 24 Apricot and Coconut Balls, however you can easily make more or less if you prefer by adjusting the size of the balls.

    Ingredients

Please note you will find the full list of ingredients and their quantities in the recipe card below.

To make these Apricot Coconut Balls you will need just three ingredients: dried apricots, coconut and sweetened condensed milk. We recommend using desiccated coconut as shredded coconut will be difficult to roll and make the balls more of a chewy texture. It is also important to use sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk for this recipe.

Yum – I think I might whip some of these up for myself. My sister and I used to love the apricot and coconut logs from the school canteen when we were growing up. 5 for 10 cents … how awesome were school canteen prices back then!

Oh they were awesome, I remember the really ‘expensive’ lollies were 2 for 5cents!
