These easy and versatile Pizza Muffins can be ready in as little as 15 minutes, making them perfect for a meal on the go or to pop into the lunchbox. To toast the muffins, you can use a grill, oven or Air Fryer. You can top these muffins with your favourite ingredients, my family loves the combination of ham, pineapple and cheese but other favourite toppings include salami and olives, chicken with BBQ Sauce and cheese and of leftover roasted vegetables.

Why you will love this recipe:

    • Versatile – top these Pizza Muffins with your favourite ingredients! We also love Salami and Olives or Chicken with BBQ Chicken, red onion and cheese.
    • Change the quantity – feeding a crowd? Simply make more muffins (it will take you longer to cook them) or if it’s just a single serve, use only one muffin.
    • Freezer friendly – these cooked Pizza Muffins can be frozen for up to two months.
    • Lunchbox friendly – these are a great sandwich alternative!

Hi, how do you pop these in the lunch box? Freshly cooked (hot in morning), out of the fridge or frozen straight into the lunch box? Thanks
