- Milk – we recommend using full cream milk for a creamy thick porridge.

How to Make Porridge in a Thermomix
Step 1. Place the ingredients into Thermomix bowl.
Step 2. Cook for 11 – 13 minutes *see notes.
Step 3. Divide the porridge between serving bowls and enjoy!
Tips for Making Porridge
- Either quick or traditional oats can be used.
- We recommend using full cream (whole) milk to make this porridge.
- For a runnier porridge, cook for 11 minutes.
- For a thicker porridge, increase the cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
- Serve porridge immediately.
- This recipe can be enjoyed as it is or topped with fresh fruit, nuts or honey.
- This recipe can be doubled, you will just need to increase to cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
Yes you can, you will need to use slightly less water.
This will depend on if you prefer a runny or thick porridge. Work on the ratio of 1:2 or 1:3.

Ingredients
- 80 grams Rolled Oats
- 240 grams Full Cream Milk
- 180 grams water
Instructions
- Place the ingredients into your Thermomix bowl.
- Cook for 13 minutes, 90 degrees, Speed 2 on REVERSE.
- Divide the Porridge between two bowls and enjoy!
