At around 3 o’clock EVERY afternoon without fail, my two boys will start telling (whinging) me that they are hungry. As we have a pretty early dinner (around 4.45 – 5.00) I don’t want them to eat anything too substantial as it will just make dinner time even more painful than it already is. Bliss Balls are one of my go to afternoon snacks for the boys, as they satisfy their hunger and have the added bonus of the boys feeling like they are also getting a treat. Today I’ve decided to share 10 family friendly bliss ball recipes that we love and I’m sure you will too.
