For a delicious and simple sweet treat, you can’t go past this Apple and Cinnamon Loaf recipe.
This recipe combines two of my favourite flavours into one easy recipe, and I promise you are going to love it! This simple loaf takes no time at all to put together and is perfect for afternoon tea, easy dessert or as special treat in the kids lunch boxes.
It’s a pretty fool proof recipe, which makes it great to bake with the kids. You can use any variety of apples when making this loaf (it’s a great way to use up the kids half eaten apples!) and you can add an extra apple to your mixture if you wish.
Tips for Making this Apple and Cinnamon Loaf:
- You can use any type of apple for this recipe.
- If the apple you are using are small, you can use two.
- Please note it may take longer for your mixture to combine if your butter is not at room temperature.
- This loaf is freezer friendly for up to two months.

Hello my cousin shared this recipe with me and it looks quite delicious. I live in the United States and don’t have a fan forced oven. What would the temperature setting be for an standard electric oven? I appreciate any help that you could give. Thank you! JP
