- 4 cups Corn Flakes 110 grams
- 125 grams butter
- ¼ cup caster sugar 50 grams
- 1 tablespoon honey 20 grams
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius (fan-forced) and line a 12 hole muffin tray with paper case.
Put the butter, sugar and honey into a medium saucepan and cook over a medium heat until all melted. Once melted, remove from heat and set aside.
Add your cornflakes to a large bowl and pour over the honey mixture while you gently stir to combine.
Using a metal spoon, transfer into paper cases before baking in the oven for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool in tins for 10 minutes before transferring onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- You can use any brand of Corn Flakes for this recipe.
- This recipe can be doubled. If making in a Thermomix, I recommend transferring to a large bowl to combine the ingredients.
- To store, place in an airtight container and keep at room temperature. Enjoy within three/four days.
- This recipe is not freezer friendly.
