Corn Relish Dip

Equipment

  • Food Processor or Thermomix

Ingredients

  • 250 grams cream cheese softened
  • 250 grams corn relish

Instructions

  • Place the cream cheese (which has been cut into large chunks) and corn relish into the food processor.
  • Blitz on a medium speed until cream cheese is smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!

Thermomix Instructions

  • Place the cream cheese (cut into 4cm pieces) and the corn relish into the Thermomix bowl.
  • Mix for 20 seconds, Speed 4, Reverse. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for a further 10 seconds, Speed 3, Reverse or until smooth.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.

Notes

For best results, allow the cream cheese to soften slightly before making this recipe.
This dip can be stored in the fridge for up to five days. For best results, store in an airtight container.
We do not recommend freezing this recipe.
Enjoy with your favourite crackers or for a healthier alternative, serve with fresh snow peas or carrot and celery sticks.
