Line the base and sides of your slice tin with baking paper.
Roughly cut the copha into eighths and place into your Thermomix bowl. Cook for 4 minutes, 60 degrees, speed 2 to melt. If there are still solid pieces after the cooking time has elapsed, cook for a further 2 minutes or until melted.
Add the Rice Bubbles, coconut, icing sugar, milk powder, dried mixed fruit, and silvered almonds (if using) to your Thermomix bowl and mix for 10 seconds, speed 2, reverse. You will need to use your spatula to push down the ingredients while the machine is mixing.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for a further 6 seconds speed 2, reverse.
Working quickly, pour the mixture into your prepared slice tin before sprinkling the glace cherries over the top.
Place the slice into the fridge for 2 hours (or until set) and then cut into pieces. Store the slice in the fridge.
