Quick Thermomix Peanut Butter Slice Recipe
This Peanut Butter Slice recipe takes less than one hour to make and bake, it's freezer friendly and both regular and Thermomix instructions are included.

- 275 grams peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 90 grams brown sugar
- 150 grams self raising flour
- 110 grams rolled oats
- 180 grams milk
Line an 18 x 28cm slice tin with baking paper and preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Place the peanut butter and vanilla extract into your Thermomix bowl and mix for 10 seconds, speed 6 to combine.
Scrap down the sides of your Thermomix bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix for 10 seconds, speed 5, Reverse. Scrape down the sides of your Thermomix bowl and mix again for 10 seconds, speed 5 on reverse.
Transfer the mixture to your prepared slice tin and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
Allow the slice to cool completely in the tin before cutting into slices.
This recipe is best stored in an airtight container in a cool place.
You can freeze this recipe.
I used smooth peanut butter when making the recipe pictured, however you can also use crunchy peanut butter.
