White Chocolate Chip and Cherry Balls

Ingredients

of marie biscuits - or similar

tin of condensed milk

of glace cherries

of white chocolate chips

of desiccated coconut - plus extra to roll the balls in
Instructions
Cut the glace cherries in half and set aside until needed.
Place the biscuits into a food processor and pulse until crushed - you can also use a rolling pin.
Add the condensed milk, glace cherries, white chocolate chips and coconut and use a large metal spoon to mix until combined.
Use a tablespoon to scoop up the mixture and roll into balls before coating in the extra coconut.
Repeat until you have used all of your mixture and place the White Chocolate Chip and Cherry Balls into the fridge for 2 hours to firm.
