  • 250 grams Milk Arrowroot Biscuits
  • 395 grams 1 tin Condensed Milk
  • 4 Tbsp Milo
  • Dessicated Coconut For Rolling I like to get organic dessicated coconut as it doesn’t have the added sulphites that the supermarket ones do but that’s just a personal preference.


  • In a blender blitz the biscuits until they are like fine breadcrumbs (Thermomix Speed 5 / 5 seconds)
  • Combine the blitzed biscuits, milo and condensed milk together in a bowl (Thermomix Reverse / Speed 4 / 5 seconds)
  • Scoop out teaspoon sized bits of the mixture and shape into balls and then roll in the dessicated coconut so that they are coated.
  • Put on a plate and then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm
  • Enjoy!
