Ingredients

  • 250 g plain biscuits - I used Marie Biscuits
  • 400 g tin of condensed milk
  • 200 g Clinkers
  • 1 cup of desiccated coconut

Instructions

  • Place the coconut into a small bowl and set aside until needed.
  • Use a food processor or a rolling pin to crush the biscuits and place into a large bowl.
  • Roughly chop the Clinkers into small pieces and add them along with the condensed milk to the bowl with the crushed biscuits.
  • Use a spoon to mix the ingredients together until completely combined - don’t worry, the mixture will be sticky.
  • Use a tablespoon to scoop up the mixture and roll into balls. Roll the balls into coconut and place into a container.
  • Once all the mixture has been used, place the Clinkers Truffles into the fridge for one hour to firm.

Notes

Keep your Clinkers Truffles in an airtight container in your fridge.
To help stop the mixture from sticking to your hands when rolling the balls, lightly wet your hands first.
You will get approximately 30 truffles from this recipe, however this may vary depending on the size of the truffles.
