Simple Mango Smoothie
230g of milk (your choice)
of chia seeds
Cut the frozen mango and banana into pieces approximately 2cm thick.
Place ALL of the ingredients into your blender and pulse for 5 - 6 times to break up the frozen pieces.
Increase the speed of your blender and blitz for 1 minute to combine the ingredients completely.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Please note the time it takes to pulse/combine your smoothie ingredients will vary depending on your blender/mixer.
