Cut the marshmallows in half and roughly chop the peppermint crisps, mint patties and mint aero bars into large chunks and place into a large bowl.
Add the marshmallows, mint M&M's and half of the mint Maltesers to the bowl and set aside until needed.
Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper - make sure you leave plenty of paper hanging over the sides to help you remove the Chocolate Mint Rocky Road once it's set.
Roughly chop the remaining Mint Maltesers into pieces and set aside until needed.
Break the milk chocolate into squares and place it into a microwave safe bowl and cook for 30 second spurts until it has just melted.
Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with the other ingredients and stir until everything has combined and is coated in chocolate.
Pour the combined ingredients into your prepared tin and top with the chopped up Mint Maltesers. Place the Chocolate Mint Rocky Road into the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
Remove the set rocky road from the tin and cut into pieces.
