Chocolate and Malteser Fudge

Ingredients

  • 280 g pack of Maltesers
  • 395 g tin of sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 g of milk chocolate - cut into small pieces
  • 200 g of dark chocolate baking melts

Instructions

  • Line a 20cm square baking dish with baking paper - make sure you leave paper hanging over the edge.
  • Place the maltesers in a single layer over the base of the lined tin.
  • Combine the condensed milk, chocolate and melts in a microwave safe bowl and cook in the microwave for 30 seconds spurts until melted. Stir until smooth.
  • Quickly pour the melted mixture over the top of the maltesers and gently smooth the top.
  • Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
  • Remove from the fridge and carefully life the fudge out of the baking tin.
  • Cut into small pieces and enjoy!
