Healthy Mini Pavlovas

Ingredients

  • 9 pre-made mini pavlovas
  • 500 g pot of Jalna Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1 mango
  • 5 strawberries

Instructions

  • Cut the mango and strawberries into small pieces and set aside until needed.
  • Place the mini Pavlovas onto your serving plate and top with approximately 1 ½ tablespoons of yoghurt. Give your yoghurt a good stir before placing on top of the mini pavlovas to remove any lumps.
  • Arrange the cut fruit on top of your mini pavlovas and pop them back into the fridge until ready to serve.
