Ingredients
150gof wholemeal self raising flour
150of plain self raising flour
250gof black tea - cooled
225gof raw sugar
320gof Fruit Medley Diced Fruit Mix
Instructions
Prepare a cup of black tea and allow it to completely cool.
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees (fan forced) and lightly grease a loaf tin.
Place the wholemeal self raising flour, plain self raising flour, raw sugar and Fruit Medley mix into a large bowl and stir to combine.
Add the cooled black team and stir until all the ingredients have just combined.
Pour the mixture into your prepared tin and place it into your preheated oven to bake for 40 minutes or until the loaf is cooked through when tested with a skewer.
