While Christmas may well and truly be over, these no bake White Chocolate Chip and Cherry Balls still make a fun sweet treat to enjoy over the summer holidays.
This is a really easy recipe (albeit sticky!) recipe to put together, so why not get the kids involved too?
You will end up with around 20 White Chocolate Chip and Cherry Balls when making this recipe, however you can easily make more by rolling smaller amounts of mixture together. Beware it’s a little difficult to get a ‘perfectly’ round ball thanks to the cherry pieces, not a huge issue unless you are a perfectionist like me!

You had me at white chocolate! I love these gorgeous truffle balls Lauren! And we can totally eat cherries all year round, not just at Christmas!
Lauren
I think my goal this year is to bring them back all year round!

Oh yum, Lauren! The only problem with me making things like this is I end up eating a RATHER large amount of the mixture while I’m rolling them. So let’s face it, I’d end up with 15 rather than 20! 😉
Lauren
That happens to me ALL OF THE TIME!
