Why hello Spring! It’s so lovely to see (and feel) you.
I’ve spent the past few days staying at the gorgeous Gold Coast. On Thursday afternoon I said goodbye to the boys and made the short drive to Surfers Paradise to prepare for my first ProBlogger conference. It was an inspirational, educational, busy and happy couple of days. My head is still spinning with thoughts and ideas which I’ll share with you over the next few weeks.
Our month has been full of adventure, with lots of ups and downs but plenty of smiles.
What’s on my mind…
Wondering: what the day will bring.
Loving: that Spring is here.
Pondering: some of the things I need to do.
Considering: where to start!
Watching: a lone Kookaburra sitting on the pool fence.
Hoping: our adventurous dog doesn’t scare it away.
Needing: some time to reflect on the past few weeks.
Smelling: the delicious scent of hot and buttery raisin toast.
Noticing: the clouds gathering on the horizon.
Knowing: that I’m not alone.
Thinking: about my goals. Trying to define them and turn the thoughts into words.
Wanting: to feel organised and in control.
Looking: at all the different possibilities which lay before me.
Admiring: the talented, inspirational and lovely people I have met over the past few days.
Sorting: through what I’ve learnt and the ideas I have.
Getting: excited, nervous and happy about what the next few weeks will bring.
Opening: my mind to different possibilities and realising I have the tools to make it happen.
Giggling: at photos of the boys playing together over the weekend.
Making : my goals and dreams a priority.
Drinking : a hot and strong mug of coffee.
Deciding: which step forward to take first.
Enjoying: watching the sun begin to lighten the sky.
Waiting: for the first cries of “Mummy” from the boys.
What’s on your mind?
