While it may seem odd to want to reduce a recipe (after all who wants less cake?!) it’s actually a handy way to reduce waste or make something special for just a few people. I often reduce a couple of my favourite recipes when I’m wanting to make something quickly or just for the four of us and have used the below handy guide on how to reduce a recipe for the past few years with success.
