Fritters are your answer to “What’s for dinner?” after a long, busy day. My troupe will happily pick what’s going into their mix and that is how most of these fritter recipes come together. Most of the ingredients for these recipes you will have at home already or they can easily be adapted to what you do have ready to use in the fridge and pantry.
We eat fritters as a snack or easy meal at least once a week. They are the perfect sized snack for the kids to enjoy after school and they also fit in their lunch boxes. I’ve put together a collection of my favourite easy fritter recipes that are simple to make, can be adapted to use what ingredients you already have floating around in your fridge or pantry and also, they can be frozen too. As always, all of these recipes include both regular and Thermomix instructions.
