Happy New Year everyone! I hope you are all having a great festive season full of relaxation, laughs and plenty of delicious food of course! This week we decided to share some of the amazing sweet recipes which were linked up to our Fabulous Foodie Fridays link up party during the year. We made the decision to include ten recipes, and I have to tell you trying to cull my HUGE list of amazing and delicious recipes was hard work!
So without further ado, here is just a small selection of some of the incredible recipes linked up this year.
I have a soft spot for a yummy Carrot Cake recipe and this gluten free version created by the lovely Jodie from Fresh Home Cook looks amazing.
There was no way I could not include these Chocolate Covered Funfetti Oreos from the Sweet Menu, simply because – CHOCOLATE COVERED OREOS!
My boys are HUGE strawberry fans and I know they would love these Strawberry Cupcakes with Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting created by the lovely and talented Amanda from Cooker and a Looker.
The warmer weather is the perfect excuse (not that you really need one!) to make this great Crunchie Ice Cream Slice created by the amazing Dannielle from Zamamabakes. Doesn’t it look great?
Sometimes it’s the simple and classic recipes which are the best, and this Cinnamon Tea Cake from Basil and Chook ticks all of those boxes.
Who could resist a piece of this Chocolate Pizza from TOMFO? It’s such a great dessert idea for your next party.
We have an oversupply of mangoes at the moment, and I’m thinking this Macadamia, White Chocolate and Mango Cheesecake from Good Food Week might be on our menu soon.
This five minute Caramel Sauce recipe from Cooking for Busy Mums is a big favourite in our house. When I’m feeling extra naughty, I pour it over a bowl of warm chocolate cake and ice cream – yum!
Some recipes just scream summer – like this Passionfruit Slice with Lemon Passion Curd from The Kids Menu.
I love these Chocolate Cupcakes with Mascarpone Cream Icing from The nOATbook. This icing would have to be one of my all time favourites – be warned it’s addictive!
I hope you enjoy this collection, another huge thank you for all of your support over the past year. We can’t wait to see what amazing recipes 2015 will bring!
